Denbisco is the newest concept to join the family living under one roof at 3237 East Colfax. You could say it is the spoiled third child of big brothers Atomic Cowboy and Fat Sully’s Pizza. Why spoiled you ask? Because, come spring, Denver Biscuit Co. will not only be serving out of the Colfax location, it’s going mobile. Curious? Have a look!



Many of our customers have commented that the biscuits we’re servin’ up taste just like moms. In order to keep it this way we are continually seeking the best possible products with which to make our sandwiches and working to get them locally. It is also important to us that our business have the least environmental impact possible which is why we recycle and use only compostable to-go packaging.
